Questions you might have
No. You pay a flat monthly price and as many people as you like can leave feedback and vote. Ten users or ten thousand, the bill is the same.
No. One plan covers as many projects as you like, each with its own feedback page, widget and voting rounds, and the price does not move.
Instead of one permanent board where the oldest idea wins, you open a round: you pick what is on the ballot, everyone gets a set number of points to spread across the options, and it closes on a date. You get a clear read on what matters this month rather than what has been accumulating votes since last year.
Yes. A shareable page and an in-app widget, with as little friction as possible between someone having a thought and you receiving it.
No, and that is deliberate. Honeycomb collects feedback and helps you decide what to do with it. Everything else is someone else’s product.
There will be. It sorts feedback into categories for you, pulls out themes and summaries across everything you have collected, and lets you connect an email inbox so feedback that arrives by email lands in Honeycomb too. It will be a paid upgrade on top of the normal plan, which works perfectly well without any AI in it.
Any time, from your own settings, without emailing anyone or sitting through a retention flow. If you paid yearly and change your mind early on, write to me and we will sort it out.
